Our Heritage
As a Marine Veteran, I have always enjoyed cooking, especially smoking meat. Over several years of my life I continued to work on my jerky "recipe" to improve, not only the taste, but the tenderness and flavor. Now I have come to a point where, after many years of friends and family saying it, I have started this business to allow others to enjoy my wonderful product. This is a Veteran owned business with a focus of bringing quality jerky to the public. All of the jerky is hand sliced and prepared with a 20 year recipe.
